– 1½ cups creamy peanut butter  – 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter softened – 1½ cups light brown sugar – 3/4 cup granulated sugar – 3 large egg – 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract – 3½ cups whole old-fashioned oat – 1 cup all-purpose flour – 2 teaspoons baking soda – 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chip – 1 cup mini m&m'

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a cookie sheet(s) with parchment paper. Put aside for later.

Put the peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and sugar into the bowl of a stand mixer that has the paddle attachment. Then, add the sugar to the bowl.

The mixture should be beaten together for approximately two minutes, with the speed being increased as necessary, until it appears fluffy and lighter in colour.

Mix in the additional vanilla extract and the large eggs. Just until it is all integrated and mixed in, beat it.

Put the oats, flour, and baking soda in a different bowl. Use a wire whisk to mix.Place this in the bowl of a stand mixer and mix it on low speed until there are no more flour streaks.

Be sure to beat the mini chocolate chips and mini M&Ms on a low speed until they are completely incorporated into the mixture.

To get the dough, use a cookie scoop that holds 3 tablespoons and roll it into a ball with your hands. Put six cookies on each sheet.Take 8 to 12 minutes to cook.
