Red White & Blue Cake Mix Crinkle Cookies are the easiest and most festive Memorial Day or Fourth of July dessert. These cake mix crinkle cookies are easy to make with only 4 ingredients, including a cake mix!
Ingredients
The oven should be preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Two cookie sheets should be lined with parchment paper, a baking mat, or cooking spray before being placed in the oven. Put aside for later.
In a large mixing bowl, using a hand mixer, beat together the cake mix, oil, and eggs until combined. One to two minutes. Start with a slow speed and raise it as needed.
Give the cookie dough to three different bowls. One bowl should stay white. The other two should be coloured blue and red.
Ensure that the powdered sugar is placed in a basin or plate that is distinct from the other one there.
Applying one colour at a time, scoop the batter with a medium cookie scoop (1.5 teaspoons) and roll it into a ball. Repeat this process with the other colours.
For the remaining colours, repeat the process, making sure to wash the cookie scoop in between each colour.
Each ball of dough should be rolled in the powdered sugar, making sure that it is thoroughly coated. Put twelve cookies on each sheet of cookie paper.
After ten to twelve minutes in the oven, the cookies should be baked until the edges are hard and the cookies have a fluffy texture.
Take them out of the oven and set them on the warm baking sheet to cool for some time. Put the cookies on a rack to cool down completely.
