All you need are eight simple items to make these tasty no-bake strawberry pies. The crust is made of sweet and salty pretzels, and the middle is just cream cheese and whipped cream. On top are fresh strawberries.

FOR THE PRETZEL CRUST – 1 cup pretzel – 2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted – 1/2 tablespoon sugar FOR THE FILLING – 4 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature – 1/4 cup plus 1/2 tablespoon powdered sugar sifted – 1/2 cup heavy cream cold – 1/4 teaspoon rose water use vanilla extract as a substitute FOR THE TOPPING – 5 ounces strawberries chopped – 2 teaspoons strawberry jam

Crust for Pretzels To make fine bits out of the pretzels, put the powdered sugar and melted butter in a food processor and pulse it a few times. Put equal amounts of the mix into two cups or jars.

A Filling  Make a big bowl and mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until they are smooth. Put away. Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks in a medium-sized bowl.

Keep beating until you get stiff peaks. Then add the rose water or vanilla. The cream cheese and whipped cream should be mixed together.

Step 3

Put equal amounts of the mix into each glass. Place the dish in the fridge for two to three hours to set.

Step 4

Toss the strawberries in the jam to cover them. Just before you serve, put strawberries on top of each pie.
