For Easter, these Birds Nest Cookies don't need to be baked. They have Cadbury Mini Eggs on top of chocolate, peanut butter, and pretzel sticks. To make them, you only need 5 things!

– 1 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate– 1/3 cup butterscotch chip– 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter– 2 1/2 cups pretzel sticks broken into 3/4 inch piece– About 36 mini egg

Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet.Cut the pretzel sticks into third-inch pieces. Put them in a big bowl.

Put the chocolate, peanut butter, and butterscotch chips in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Melt them in 20-second bursts. Between each burst, stir well, and only heat until melted.

If you heat the chocolate for too long, it will burn. Add the broken pretzel sticks to the bowl with the melted chocolate.

The chocolate should cover all of the pretzels after being stirred. Pick up some pretzels with an ice cream scoop or a 2-teaspoon cookie scoop and spread them out on the baking sheet.

Make 12 piles out of the mixture. Make the nests with your hands. A little more height should be added to the sides than to the middle.

If you need to, add a few more pretzel sticks around the sides. Put two or three small eggs in each nest. For about two hours, or until the chocolate is set, put the tray in the fridge.
