A light and creamy no-bake pie with minty mousse filling, an Oreo cookie crust, and cool whipped cream with chocolate curls is Grasshopper Pie.

Ingredients
To produce cookie crumbs, place the Oreo cookies in a food processor or blender and pulse them until they are crushed.
Following that, place the cookie crumbs in a large basin and then add the butter that has been melted.
Cover the bottom and sides of a 9- or 10-inch pie pan with this filling. Leave about 1 inch of space at the top. Press the top down with the bottom of a measuring cup. Put in the fridge until you're ready to fill it.
Do not follow the directions on the box for making the pudding; you will not do it that way.
Put the pudding and 3 cups of heavy cream in a big bowl. Use an electric mixer to mix the ingredients well and make the mixture very thick.Then add the cool whip and mix it in.
Add mint extract and a few drops of green food coloring and mix on low until blended. If necessary, add additional gel food coloring drops until you reach the desired green color.
Spread this on top of the crust. Put the pie pan in the fridge for 4 to 8 hours with plastic wrap over it.It will work better if you freeze the bowl for 15 to 20 minutes.
The bowl should be taken out of the freezer. Along with the vanilla extract, add the cold heavy cream and beat them with an electric mixer for 4 to 5 minutes, or until stiff peaks form. It's important that the whipped cream stays in shape.
The process of making chocolate curls can be accomplished by placing a vegetable peeler on the side of a chocolate bar.
Before anything else, however, put the chocolate bar in the microwave and heat it for five to seven seconds using the microwave.
To finish, sprinkle chocolate shavings and fresh mint leaves on top of the pie and spoon on top of the pie.
