Brownie mix, Reese's miniature peanut butter cups, store-bought chocolate frosting, Oreo cookie crumbs, and Mike & Ike's dirt-shaped carrot candy make Carrot Patch Cookie Cups easy to create.
Ingredients
Pre-heat the oven to 350℉. Spray the bottom and edges of a 24-cup mini muffin tray with cooking spray, being sure to get each little cup.
Put the brownie mix, flour, eggs, oil, and water into a large mixing bowl and use a handheld electric mixer to combine all of the ingredients.
Combine the ingredients by blending them together, beginning at a slow speed and increasing it as necessary until a thick and mixed batter is formed.
Utilise a cookie scoop with a capacity of one tablespoon to measure out the batter, and then transfer it to the mini muffin tray that has been prepared.
Put a small Reese's cup carefully in the middle of each brownie cup. Once you've pressed the peanut butter cup in, make sure there is brownie batter on all sides.
For 8 to 10 minutes, bake. Let the baking pan cool on a rack for about 10 minutes after taking it out of the oven.
After removing the cookie cups from the pan in a careful manner, place them on a cooling rack to finish cooling.
Get the carrot candies ready while the cookie cups cool.To begin, separate a green Mike & Ike into three pieces. To make a little "carrot," put a small green piece on top of a whole orange Mike & Ike.
Do this step again and again until you have all the carrots you want. You will need to make 108 of these for each cup to have three carrots, like in the picture.
After cooling, lightly pipe or put chocolate frosting on each cookie cup. Add Oreo crumbs to the icing. Finally, gently sink small carrots into the chooclate 'soil'
