– 12large egg – 1/4cupmayonnaise – 1/4cupcream cheesesoftened to room temperature – 1teaspoonDijon mustard – 1teaspoonstone ground mustard – 2tablespoonspickle relishor 1 dill pickle, diced – 2tablespoonspickle juice – 1tablespoonhot sauceoptional – 1/2teaspoonsmoked paprikaplus extra for garnishing – 1teaspoonsugaroptional – 2tablespoonsgreen onionsfinely diced – Kosher salt and ground black pepperto taste – Bacon Crumb – Diced green onions or chive – Paprika
Ingredients
Put the eggs in a saucepan in a single layer, and then cover them with an adequate amount of water.
Bring to a boil for around thirteen to fifteen minutes, then detach from the heat and place or rinse under cold water for a minimum of five minutes.
Immediately following the removal of the shells, the eggs should be split in half along their length.
Egg yolks can be extracted by carefully removing them from the egg and placing them in a bowl.
The yolks and the remaining ingredients should be mixed together with a fork until they are completely smooth.
Fill the hole in each egg white with a bit of the mixture using a spoon. Repeat with the remaining egg whites.
You may also put the mixture in a piping bag that has a star tip attached to it and then pipe it into the egg white wells.
Paprika, sliced green onion, and bacon crumbs are the components that make up the garnish, and they are sprinkled on top of the dish.
