Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (extra lean)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)

 

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste)

  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 8 ounce mafalda pasta (uncooked)

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

  • Cook the beef. The ground beef should be cooked in a big skillet over medium heat until it stops being pink and begins to brown. If necessary, drain off any surplus fat. It won’t be necessary to drain any extra fat if you use extra lean ground beef.

 

  • Add the spice, onion, and garlic. Stir in the minced garlic and chopped onion after adding them to the skillet. Add salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to the onion and sauté for three minutes, or until it becomes soft and translucent.

  • Pasta and drinks should be added. Stir everything together after adding the spaghetti, chicken stock, and marinara sauce. After bringing it to a boil, reduce the heat. Cook until the pasta is thoroughly done, about 15 minutes; most of the sauce should have been absorbed.

 

  • Complete the dish. Once the cheese has melted, stir it in and simmer for a further 30 to 1 minute.
