- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the eggs, pure maple syrup, and almond butter until everything is thoroughly blended and creamy (wet ingredients). Note: Microwave your almond butter alone for 20 to 30 seconds, or until it’s easy to stir with the other ingredients, if it’s cold or feels too firm to stir.

- To the liquid ingredients, add the remaining dry ingredients (oats, chocolate chips, salt, and ground cinnamon) and stir until a thick, sticky dough forms.
