Walnut Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Recipe

Soft and luscious chocolate chip walnut banana bread is simple to prepare! It contains cinnamon, walnuts, and small chocolate chips. 

Ingredient

– ½ cup Unsalted butter melted – ¾ cup Brown sugar packed light or dark – ¼ cup Sour cream room temperature – 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract – 2 Large eggs room temperature – 3 Medium ripe bananas mashed – 2 cups All-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon Baking soda – ¼ teaspoon Salt – 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon – ¾ cup Mini chocolate chips extra for topping – ½ cup Chopped walnuts extra for topping

Warm the oven up to 350°F. Spray baking spray that doesn't stick on a 9-inch loaf pan. Put parchment paper on the pan's bottom and two sides. Spray it again.

Prepare the mixture by sifting the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon into a mixing dish. Put away for later.

Mix melted butter and brown sugar in another basin with a whisk. Then add vanilla and sour cream. Combine. Add eggs and blend. Mix with mashed bananas.

Mix the dry ingredients with a rubber spatula after adding them to the mixture. Include some chopped walnuts and small chocolate chips in the mixture.

Put the mix in the pan. Extra tiny chocolate chips and chopped walnuts should be put on top.Time to bake: 50 minutes to an hour. When a toothpick stuck in it comes out clean, it's done baking.

Cover the loaf with foil to keep it from getting too brown. Ten minutes should pass in the pan before moving it to a rack to cool. Let it cool all the way down before cutting it.
