Warm milk in the microwave for one minute to 110℉. Sprinkle milk with both yeast packages. Let it sit 10 minutes.Mix flour, cane sugar, and salt in a large basin. Add cubed butter. Knead butter into flour using a pastry kneader or your hands.

Do this until butter is pea-sized.Mix the milk/yeast and barely beaten eggs with the dry ingredients. Using a stand mixer and dough hook. Mix slowly until dough forms. *recipe notes include hand-making directions.

Knead for 5 minutes at medium speed.Making immediately: Pre-heat the oven to 200℉. Cover dish with cloth. Shut off the oven, put the bowl in, and open the door. Let rise 1h.

Butter melts in a pot over medium heat. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, heavy cream, and pecans.Heat till bubbling. Cook for 4-5 minutes.Put pecan pie filling in a basin and refrigerate.

Beat butter fast in a small bowl until frothy. Add brown sugar and cinnamon. Beat smooth.Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on afloured surface. Make a huge ¼-inch thick rectangle.

Cover dough with cinnamon filling. Spread icing to the edges using an offset spatula. Cover cinnamon filling with pecan pie filling.Roll into a log from short side.Uneven ends may be cut with a serrated knife or unflavored dental floss. Cut into 9 rolls.

Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick baking spray. Put the rolls in the dish equally. Allow to rise for 20 minutes under a towel. After rising, spoon heavy cream over rolls.Pre-heat the oven to 375℉. Bake rolls till golden brown, 27–29 minutes.

With a hand mixer, beat the butter and cream cheese on high speed for two minutes in a small bowl.After that, add the powdered sugar and mix it in until it's smooth.

Put the milk and vanilla in. Mix until it's smooth.Spread the icing on top of the cinnamon rolls with a spoon. Finished with chopped nuts.
