Peanut Butter Oatmeal Protein Balls Recipe

These delicious, easy-to-make peanut butter oatmeal protein balls are the perfect peanut butter celebration! Change the nut butter, seeds, nuts, sweeteners, etc. to your liking.

INGREDIENT

– ⅔ cup rolled oats – ½ cup protein powder of choice* – 4 Tbsp hemp seeds – 1 cup peanut butter** – 3 Tbsp pure maple syrup – Pinch sea salt – ½ tsp ground cinnamon optional – 2-4 Tbsp water*** – ¼ cup chocolate chip

Mix everything except water in a food processor. Note: If you don't have a food processor, mix everything by hand in a large bowl. 

Step 1

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix until well combined. Add 1–4 tablespoons of water (or any milk) and process until the peanut butter ball mixture presses together easily. 

Step 2

Stir the chocolate chips into the cookie dough until evenly distributed. Chocolate chips can be blended into the mixture by adding them to the food processor with the other ingredients. 

Step 3

Make 16–20 peanut butter balls. Now is the time to use your cookie scoop! Enjoy as a snack or dessert!
