– 12 ounces rigatoni pasta – 2 large chicken breasts  – salt and pepper – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 3 cloves garlic – ½ teaspoon red pepper flake – ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes  – 1 cup chicken broth – 1 cup heavy cream – 1 cup Parmesan cheese – ¼ cup fresh basil
