Instant Pot Mac And Cheese

– 8 ounces penne – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 5 ounces spinach  – 1 cup artichoke hearts  – 8 ounces cream cheese – 1 tablespoon garlic powder – ¼ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon pepper – 2 cups milk  – 1 cup mozzarella cheese – ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

To begin, prepare the pasta in accordance with the directions provided on the package.

Make the sauce while the pasta cooks. In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, add the olive oil and warm over medium heat.
