Healthy Blueberry Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

Simple to customise, soft and chewy Banana Blueberry Oatmeal Cookies are delicious! The warm cinnamon, sweet banana, and tangy blueberries with oats are delicious. 


– 2 ripe bananas mashed (⅔ cup) – ¼ cup pure maple syrup – ⅔ cup unsweetened almond butter – 2 cups rolled oats – 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon – 1 tsp sea salt – ⅔ cup fresh blueberrie

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment.Mash bananas in a large bowl until creamy (or chunky).

Step 1


Almond butter and pure maple syrup should be mixed until thick and creamy. To stir almond butter from the fridge, microwave it for 20–30 seconds or remove it from the microwave. 

Step 2

Stir in oats, cinnamon, and sea salt. Normal cookie dough is wet and sticky.  Spread fresh blueberries throughout dough with a rubber spatula. 

Step 3

Drop mounds of blueberry oatmeal cookie dough onto the prepared cookie sheet to make any size cookies. Since cookies will stay round, make sure the dough is round before baking. 

Step 4

Cookies should be set and slightly golden brown after 10–15 minutes on the centre rack of the preheated oven. I bake my large cookies for 13 minutes. 

Step 5

Cool blueberry cookies for 15 minutes before spatula-removing them from the baking sheet.
