Perhaps the easiest, tastiest apple cinnamon oatmeal cookies ever! Only 6 nutritious ingredients, no eggs, dairy, wheat, or processed sugar.
– 2 ripe bananas mashed (⅔ cup)*– 1/4 cup pure maple syrup– 2/3 cup unsweetened almond butter– 2 cups rolled oats– 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon– 1 tsp sea salt– 1 Granny Smith apple peeled, cored and chopped

Pre-heat the oven to 350°F and prepare a large baking sheet with parchment.

Mash bananas in a large dish until creamy.Add pure maple syrup and almond butter and mix well.

Microwave almond butter for 20–30 seconds until it stirs easily if it is cold or hard.Dry ingredients: rolled oats, ground cinnamon, and sea salt in the mixing bowl.

Mix everything well, then add the diced apple. If you like, grated apples can replace chopped apples.Place dough mounds on baking sheets and form them into cookies.

Choose any cookie dough ball size! I bake 7 big cookies. The oatmeal cookie dough won't spread much and will retain the same form on the cookie sheet.
Bake on the centre rack of a preheated oven for 10–15 minutes. Bake smaller cookies 10–12 minutes and larger ones 13–15.

Remove the cookies from the baking sheet using a spatula after they have cooled completely.
