Garlic Brown Sugar Lamb Ribs are soft, flavorful, and ready in just 30 minutes. A simple but wonderful weekend dinner for the whole family.
Ingredients
As a prerequisite for using the oven, it must first be preheated to a temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
A large skillet made of cast iron should be heated over medium-high heat until it is hot. When it is heated, mix in the olive oil.
On both sides of the lamb ribs, season them with salt and pepper mixture. Simply put them in the pan.
It takes around five to seven minutes per side to sear the meat until it is golden brown and cooked through.
Once the dishes have been moved to a plate, cover them with aluminium foil to prevent any residue from escaping.
After bringing the temperature down to medium, add the minced garlic and sauté it for about thirty seconds, or until it becomes fragrant.
Cook for thirty seconds after adding fresh rosemary and stirring it. Add the broth and the brown sugar.
The sugar should be stirred until it has completely melted. Add salt and pepper to taste, and season with salt.
Turn the heat up to medium-high, mix the sauce, and continue cooking it for around five minutes, or until it has reduced and become somewhat thicker.
After returning the lamb ribs to the pan, baste them with the sauce, sprinkle them with a few fresh rosemary sprigs, and then place them in the oven for around seven to ten minutes.
Just before serving, broil for one to two minutes.Prior to serving, garnish with green onions that have been chopped.
