Egg Salad Sandwich with Bacon is a lunchtime favourite with creamy egg salad, green lettuce, and crispy bacon pieces on toasted bread.
Ingredients
Using a cutting board and a knife, cut the eggs that have been hard-boiled into sections that are more substantial.
Mix the eggs that have been chopped, the mayonnaise, the celery, the green onion, the yellow mustard, the salt, and the pepper into a bowl together.
The salad should be carefully mixed together with a spatula or a wooden spoon until it is completely incorporated.
You have the option of serving the egg salad immediately or storing it in the refrigerator for one to two hours before serving.
When you have a slice of toasted bread, place a scoop of egg salad on top of it. A slice of bacon that has been sliced in half should be placed on top.
followed by a piece of green lettuce, and finally, another slice of toasted bread should be placed on top of the previous two. If you want to cut diagonally, cut in half. Have fun!
