There's no need to marinate or deep fry this crispy chicken burger, making it super simple to prepare! Crispy fried chicken that never fails.
– 2 large eggs – Salt and pepper– ½ teaspoon paprika– Salt and pepper to taste– ½ teaspoon onion powder– ½ teaspoon garlic powder– Lettuce and vegetables of choice– Burger bun– Vegetable oil for cooking

Mix the ingredients in a mason jar for the sauce. Keep the lid closed and shake it well in the fridge while you make the burgers.

Put flour, eggs, and paprika, garlic, and onion powder-seasoned panko in three bowls. Save. Chicken prep.

Place the chicken breasts on a wooden board or even surface, cover with plastic wrap, and lightly pound both sides.

Remove the plastic and salt and pepper the chicken well. By hand, coat each chicken breast in flour, eggs, and panko.

At each stage, especially the last, coat the chicken well. A skillet over high heat heats vegetable oi. Carefully place the chicken in the hot oil without touching.

Brown and crisp each chicken breast in 3–4 minutes on both sides. Drain oil on a paper towel-lined plate.
