Easy and quick There are a lot of pecans, coconut, and brown sugar in Coconut Pecan Blondies. There are chocolate chips in these at-home blondies as well!
INGREDIENT
– 1 cup all-purpose flour– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda– 1/4 teaspoon salt– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened– 1 cup packed light brown sugar– 2 large egg– 1 & 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract– 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted– 3/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut– 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chip
Warm the oven up to 350°F. Spray cooking spray on a 9-inch square baking pan. Put parchment paper along the edges, leaving two sides open. Use cooking spray on the paper.
Step 1
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a medium-sized bowl using a whisk. Put away.
Step 2
On medium speed, beat the butter and brown sugar together with an electric mixer. One at a time, add the eggs and mix well after each one. Add the vanilla and stir.
Step 3
Slow down the mixer and add the flour mixture little by little. Add the chocolate chips, pecans, and coconut and mix well.
Step 4
Pour the batter into the pan that has been prepared. For 22 to 25 minutes, or until just barely browned.
Step 5
Let cool all the way in the pan on a wire rack. To get the bars out of the pan, use the extra parchment paper to lift them up. Than, cut them into bars.
