Chocolate Covered Espresso Spiced Pretzels Recipe

The easiest Chocolate-Covered Brown Sugar Espresso Spiced Pretzels. These chocolate-covered pretzels are festive “foolproof” snacks. Butter, vanilla, brown sugar, espresso, chocolate, and salted pretzels. These sweets rock! The pretzels all taste like vanilla and espresso. 

Ingredient

– 1 bag (16 ounce) salted pretzels – 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted – 1 tablespoon vanilla extract – 1/3 cup brown sugar – 2-3 tablespoons instant espresso powder – 1 pinch cinnamon (optional) – 12 ounces milk, semi-sweet, or dark chocolate, melted – Flaky sea salt for topping

Start with a 325-degree oven. Parchment two baking sheets.

Mix pretzels, melted butter, and vanilla in a bowl. Mix brown sugar, espresso powder, and cinnamon in another basin.

Place pretzels on baking sheet after tossing with half the sugar. Put any remaining sugar on each pretzel.

Bake pretzels for 8-10 minutes until faintly caramelised. Sugar burns, so be careful. Remove from oven and cool.
