Ingredient
Direction
Cook spaghetti until al dente in a large pot of salted boiling water per package instructions.
1
Save 1 1/4 cup pasta water. Mix 1 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper with 2 whole eggs and 2 egg yolks. Set aside.
2
A skillet over medium-high heat cooks bacon. Add the chicken when almost crisped and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bacon is done.
3
Remove bacon and chicken with a slotted spoon and set aside. Reduce skillet heat to medium.
4
Cook the garlic for 30 to 1 minute after adding it. Combine the spaghetti and the pasta cooking water in the skillet.
5
Toss until the spaghetti is coated in a glossy, thickened sauce. Switch off the heating source.

6
Pasta should be tossed in the skillet after the egg and Parmesan mixture has been poured into it.
7
After the sauce has thickened and the eggs have reached their desired level of doneness, continue to toss the pasta.
8
You should return the chicken and bacon to the skillet and stir them together to combine them.
9
Place the remaining cheese on top, and then sprinkle freshly ground black pepper on top.
