– 1 bag (30 oz) frozen shredded potatoes thawed – 1/3 cup chopped green onion – 16 oz sour cream – 1 teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon pepper – ½ teaspoon garlic powder – ½ teaspoon onion powder – 6 tablespoons butter melted – 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese divided – 3/4 cup crushed cornflake
Ingredients
The oven should be preheated to 350 degrees. The baking dish should be coated with cooking spray and measure 9 inches by 13 inches.
Put the shredded potatoes and one cup of cheese into a large mixing basin and stir them together. Stir until everything is incorporated.
