It is necessary to adjust the temperature of the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit in order to get it ready.
Immediately after the preparation of a baking dish with dimensions of 13 by 9 inches is finished, the dish should be left aside.
The cream and flour should be mixed together in a measuring cup and whisked until smooth. Put aside for later.
Sour cream, cream cheese, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, paprika, and half a cup of melted butter should be mixed together in a large mixing bowl. Mix until everything is included.
