Beef Noodle Casserole

A comforting, crowd-pleasing meal, this Beef Noodle Casserole combines juicy, browned ground beef with tender noodles in a rich, velvety sauce, topped with melted cheese and baked. 

– 1 pound ground beef – 1 large onion – 2 cloves garlic – 1 medium red bell pepper  – ½ teaspoon dried oregano – salt and pepper  – 2 cups beef broth – 1 cup heavy cream – 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce – 10 ounces noodle – 1 cup sour cream – 2 cups cheddar cheese – 1 cup Parmesan cheese – 1 tablespoon olive oil – fresh parsley



Set the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C). Heat the olive oil in a big skillet over medium heat.

Proceed to brown the ground beef after adding it to the pan. Let any excess grease drain away.

It is recommended that you add chopped onion, garlic, and red bell pepper to the beef. You should cook the vegetables until they are tender.

Oregano, salt, and pepper should be stirred in. Keep cooking for one more minute.Add the heavy cream and beef broth to the mixture.

Allow to come to a simmer. Once the noodles have been added to the skillet, make sure that they are completely covered by the liquid.

Simmer the noodles for 8 to 10 minutes, or until they are al dente. Stir from time to time. Lower the heat and thoroughly mix in the sour cream.

Once melted and combined, mix in half of the cheddar and half of the Parmesan cheeses.

Spoon the mixture into an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan and cheddar cheese on top.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven, or until the cheese is bubbly and browned.
