CAN I FREEZE SLOPPY JOE SLIDERS?

  • The beef mixture is definitely freezer-friendly. Simply put it in an airtight container and freeze it for two to three months after it has cooled. But for the finest flavor and texture, the cooked sliders must be consumed immediately! Just before serving, defrost it, reheat it (maybe with a little extra water), and assemble the sliders.

CAN YOU MAKE THESE SLOPPY JOE SLIDERS AHEAD OF TIME?

  • I would only advise preparing the beef mixture in advance and putting it in the fridge until you’re ready to bake or serve these Sloppy Joe Sliders if you must prepare them in advance. This keeps the slider buns from becoming drenched and crumbling. The beef mixture keeps for three to four days in the refrigerator.
