Double Chocolate Chunk Blondies Recipe
Easy and quick Double Chocolate Chunk Blondies have two kinds of chocolate and a lot of brown sugar.
INGREDIENT
– 2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour
– 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon*
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
– 2 cups (400g) firmly packed light brown sugar
– 2 large egg
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup (170g) semisweet chocolate chunks or chip
– 1 cup (170g) milk chocolate chunks or chip
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9"x 13"x 2" baking pan. Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
Step 1
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a separate bowl. Add flour slowly, mixing until a few streaks remain. Mix in chocolate chunks.
Step 2
Evenly distribute batter in pan. Bake 30–35 minutes until the bars are golden brown and a pick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Step 3
After cooling on a wire rack, cut the blondies into bars.
